Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2010 Shiraz Oracle is redolent of blueberry preserves, macerated black fruits, cassis and aniseed with a touch of Provencal herbs and mint. Medium-bodied, crisp and framed by medium to firm velvety tannins, it is fresh and finishes long. It is a more restrained, elegant style of wine that should age wonderfully.
