Beringer Cabernet Sauvignon 2011

This medium-full bodied cabernet does its best to compensate from some notable greenness thanks to the cool 2011 vintage. It shows fairly lifted currant, fresh herbs and choco-vanillin oak aromas and flavours, with some cabernet lead pencil. It's stylish, mid-weight, fairly dense and well balanced, with a somewhat dry, grippy finish. Very good to excellent length. Best 2016 to 2020. Score - 90.
