Dry, classic Bordeaux with a blackberry, cigar box nose. A lovely, long finish with a savoury, smoky note. It's got a hefty grip on the palate so decant for 1-2 hours. This wine will also do well in the cellar for another 3-4 years. Enjoy it with filet mignon.
