Darling Cellars Kroon Premium Shiraz 2008

Good deep red. Dark berries, game and wild herbs on the nose. Fat, sweet, gamey and rich on the palate, with dominant flavors of smoke and meat. Finishes lush but with a slightly tart quality. Score - 88. (Stephen Tanzer, International Wine Cellar, March/April 2011)
