Impressively floral notes of rose blossoms with crushed berries, blackberry, raspberry and new oak influence. Fruit forward with an excellent acidity that makes this very approachable. Supple and rich with a long finish. A first-rate summer barbecue wine that will also reward 5+ years in your cellar, and certainly ideal for keeping a bottle or two on hand for colder weather and enjoying with a lamb or beef stew.
