Saint-Bris is the only locale in Burgundy permitted to produce Sauvignon Blanc, earning the right by virtue of the fact that these producers create some of the most interesting and delicious versions on the planet. The 2013 William Fèvre presents tropical fruit atop its aromas of gooseberry, citrus and mineral. The palate shows great freshness and balance with beautiful precision and restraint. Very well made.
