Château La Tour Blanche 2008

With yields of under 2 hectoliters per hectare, the estate is presently unsure whether they will release any 2008 this year. The nose is a little muted at first but has some attractive notes of white flowers, apricot and honeysuckle. The palate is well balanced with good acidity, harmonious, vibrant citrus fruits leading to more honey/quince jelly flavors towards the finish. Good length. This is a very fine La Tour Blanche that I hope is released. Score - 90-92. (Neal Martin, erobertparker.com, April 2009)
