Golden, light amber - coloured; fairly complex bouquet of quince, savoury honey, chamomile flower and even white chocolate and white truffle spice; full and sweet, but not cloying at all, firm acidity keeps it lively and it all comes with a great balancing act and a long, honey - orange emulsion - flavoured finish.
