Teliani Valley Medium-Sweet White 2013

The Kakheti region has a viticultural history dating back thousands of years and is currently home to close to 75% of all Georgian wine production. Kakheti is recognized as the key Georgian region not only in terms of volume of production but also for its quality wines, such as this semi-sweet wine crafted from the ancient Rkatsiteli grape. It features aromas of honey, lemon, apple, peach and herbs and a medium-sweet palate that is balanced and soft, with nicely articulated replays and a flavourful finish. (VINTAGES panel, June 2014)
