Bacchus collection. picked a little later, all barrel fermented, all malo, more new wood ... 50%. beautiful, flinty, smoky topical nose. gorgeous, silky lanolin like texture. very fully flavored, layered. thick, almost syrupy finish. exc[ellent] focus, richness, hint of hazelnut on the finish.
