Redstone Winery, situated in Niagara's Lincoln Lakeshore, is the latest venture from visionary Moray Tawse. The 38-acre estate is farmed organically and biodynamically and specializes in red grape varieties. From a warm vintage, the 2012 is the inaugural bottling of this wine and sports ripe strawberry, cedar, vanilla and toast aromas that echo beautifully on the palate.
