Boulard Pommeau de Normandie

This unique spirit combines Boulard Calvados, which is crafted from over a hundred different apple varieties, with freshly pressed apple juices and is matured in oak. Like apple crisp in a glass, it offers sumptuous aromas and flavours of binned and baked apple, cider, cinnamon and brown sugar. It clocks in at 17% alcohol by volume, all of it well integrated within a soft texture and balanced sweetness. The producer suggests serving it chilled to 8°C.
