Frenchie Napoleon Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

Named for the French bulldog owned by Jean-Charles Boisset and his wife, Gina Gallo, Frenchie Winery offers a dog-friendly wine experience by providing wine-themed kenneling options for visiting pet owners. Aromas of sweet berry fruit, black currant and sandalwood on the nose while the palate offers very ripe replays with a sweet-fruit core. Soft and approachable, this is a pleasant and enjoyable wine that certainly shows the pedigree of the famed winemakers behind it. (VINTAGES panel, Sept. 2014)
