Tahbilk 1860 Vines Shiraz 2008

Every surviving vine in this block was planted in 1860, with a rising number of gaps, dramatically increased by a freak frost in '07. The tragedy is heightened by the beauty of this wine, with its bright crimson hue, and elegant array of red and black cherry fruit, spice, fine tannins and fruitcake on the finish.
