Rihaku Dreamy Clouds Tokubetsu Junmai Nigori Sake

Nigori Sakes are filtered using a coarse meshed cloth or net. This does not remove all of the particles in the Sake and results in the cloudiness you see here. Notes of plum, melon, apple, tropical fruits and lemon citrus on the nose. A pleasing sweetness on the creamy, textured palate and good complexity and depth of flavour. A long finish.
