Light yellow. Lemon, quince and talc-y minerals on the nose, with hints of tarragon, honeysuckle and fresh herbs adding complexity. Taut and refreshing, displaying bitter citrus pith and pear skin flavors and a touch of ginger. Finishes with good focus and persistence, the mineral and herb notes echoing. Score - 88.
