The 2013 Fleurie Le Vivier has a tightly wound nose of broody dark cherry and cassis fruit, but there is fine mineralite that should be revealed with some bottle age. The palate is structured and tannic, a more masculine Fleurie that is nicely balanced with a strict, linear, dark berry finish. Give this a couple of years - good potential. Drink 2016-2024.
