Castello di Ama Rosato 2014

Watermelon, strawberry, cherry blossom and sweet herbs on the nose. The palate offers good echoes along with tangy blood orange and sour cherry. A great rolling and layered finish that closes with a pleasing pink grapefruit bite. A must for turkey burgers, seafood salads or pasta primavera. (VINTAGES panel, April 2015)
