Anselmann Edesheimer Ordensgut Weissburgunder Kabinett Trocken 2012

'Weissburgunder' is the German name for Pinot Blanc, and the examples produced in the Pfalz region tend to be relatively full and rich. This one offers a whack of apple, pear and citrus on the nose and tangy fruit in the mouth. The sweetness on the palate is perfectly balanced by the crisp acidity. (VINTAGES panel, March 2014)
