Franciscan Cabernet Sauvignon 2012

Founded in 1973, Franciscan Estate was purchased by renowned Napa winemaker the late Justin Meyer in 1975. He introduced a rigorous vineyard selection process and a focus on small-lot winemaking that continues to this day under the guidance of the current winemaker, Janet Myers. The 2012 Cab is a characterful, complex and juicy wine with richly articulated black fruit, vanilla and spice notes. Structured and ageable, it is a fine choice for grilled steak.
