Louis Jadot Clos Saint-Jacques Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru 2004

Relatively light and fruity with tight tannins. The wine has fresh acidity that still dominates the texture. There is a delicious spicy element that edges around the tannic core. It seems firm, not yet ready to soften into middle age. Score - 93. (Roger Voss, Wine Enthusiast, Dec. 31, 2010)
