Taittinger Nocturne Champagne

The Nocturne is aged for a minimum of four years before disgorgement, which results in rich and complex aromas of apple, pear, brioche, citrus and mineral. Good mousse, round and soft with toast and dried peel touches added to the ample replays. Nice energy and a long finish. (VINTAGES panel, March 2014)
