Germany is producing excellent dry versions of its classic wines. This dry Pinot Gris is a fine example and impresses immediately. Exciting pear, apple, peach, grapefruit and mineral aromas with honeycomb tones adding complexity. The palate delivers big fruit and mineral notes with a lovely tart and citrus-y finish.
