St. Supéry Rutherford Merlot 2010

The opaque purple-colored 2010 Merlot Rutherford Estate offers up beautiful chocolate fudge, cassis and dark black cherry scents intermixed with a hint of smoke. Full-bodied, opulent, and extravagantly rich and luxurious, this decadent Merlot is about as good as this varietal can be in Napa. Enjoy it over the next decade. Score - 94.
