Gaston Chiquet Brut Rosé Champagne

(40% pinot meunier, 30% pinot noir and 30% chardonnay; aged for 39 months on its lees and disgorged in March of 2013): Light pink. Exotically perfumed scents of redcurrant, strawberry and potpourri, with a dusty mineral quality adding energy. Suave, silky red berry flavors are pure and precise, with energetic blood orange and buttered toast qualities appearing with aeration.
