Dandelion Vineyards Lionheart Of The Barossa Shiraz 2012

Hand-picked, crushed, wild yeast open pot fermentation for 8 days, hand plunging; 18 months in predominantly used French oak. While medium to full-bodied, the wine has elegance and freshness, with no hint of alcohol-induced warmth on the finish, and a particularly attractive bouquet; blackberry, plum and licorice fruits and supple, but persistent tannins.
