Fielding Estate Bottled Chardonnay 2013

Toasty, buttery notes and a hint of caramel are balanced here by crisp apple fruit, good acid cut, and a mineral quality. It's a Chardonnay that stylistically has one foot in big and rich, and the other in lean and focused. It'll be very food-flexible - try it with crab cakes, roast chicken, or pork chops.
