Medium garnet colored, the 2011 Cow Corner Grenache Shiraz Mataro has a nose of white peppered raspberries, kirsch and stewed tea with hints of preserved orange peel and dusty earth. Full-bodied with tons of peppered red berry flavor layers in the mouth, it has refreshing acidity and a low to medium level of silky tannins, finishing long. Drink it now to 2016+. Score - 90.
