The Cave de Cleebourg cooperative was founded in May 1946, but wine has been a way of life in this region since the 9th century. This Riesling has aromas of honey, hay, pineapple and lemon with touches of spice. It is beginning to offer up some mature mineral oil notes. Crisp and fresh, this will be a good pairing for pork chops with applesauce. (VINTAGES panel, March 2013)
