Nectarine, pear, vanilla, buttered toast and apple notes. Round and flavourful with soft vanilla, pear and apricot, all supported by a discreet kiss of French oak. There is a crispness to the acidity that provides great balance keeps the whole package fresh. An easy Chardonnay that will match very well with baked fish with a white sauce.
