Minerality and wisps of diesel fuel on the nose provide segue to a glorious gusher of tangy lime cordial mingling with guava fruit and honeydew melon. It's light-medium weight and nicely textured sporting a crisp, racy, refreshing finish. There's good value and a long racy aftertaste. Pour alongside grilled prawns or pan-seared fish.
