Monte Paschoal Frisante Branco

Strikingly aromatic, this offers up a rich, floral, citrusy, and ripe nose with that telltale grapey note so commonly associated with Muscat. Good and persistent mousse and a touch of sweet fruit flavour on the mid-palate. Refreshing and vibrant with a crisp cleansing acidity, this would be equally capable as either an aperitif or digestif. It will also be quite successful on its own. (VINTAGES panel, April 2012)
