Domaine Séguinot-Bordet Chablis 2010

Bordet segregates many different cuvées before assembling a final blend and thus my commentary is only an approximation based on his current view of the ultimate product. This is also quite ripe yet remains fresh and airy with an expressive nose of peach, apricot and sea breeze that introduces mineral-inflected, rich and relatively fine mouth coating flavors that possess good punch and ample finishing depth.
