Attractive Tempranillo with a lot more acid zip than expecting, which is a very pleasant surprise. Aromas of raspberry, spice cupboard and blackberry. Dry and quite fruity with racy acidity and softening tannins bringing balance. Very enjoyable tonight with veal medallions or pork roast. Can also cellar gracefully for 2-3 years.
