Flagstone Treaty Tree Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot 2012

Deep ruby, this Cabernet brings Merlot to the table, offering aromas of black currant, black cherry, plum, exotic spice and earth. Medium-full bodied, it's fruity and tangy, round, generous and approachable. Blackcurrant and raspberry flavours caress the palate framed by ripe tannin and fresh acidity. Attractive savoury notes of toast, dried herbs and dark chocolate whisper through the dry finish. Excellent value and a great choice for grilled flatiron steak.
