This very elegant cabernet franc exhibits a pretty ruby colour and a hugely aromatic profile - very distinctive with notes of green herbs, cassis and lavender. Palate has a pleasant viscosity and is silky smooth with very fine tannins. Great integration of flavours with crunchy sea salt and acids providing refreshment and succulence.
