Rosewood Süssreserve Riesling 2014

Riesling juice is added to this wine before bottling to add complexity, natural acidity and sweetness. The aromas are of flowers, honey, peach and melon and the palate echoes these beautifully, staying crisp and fresh with bright acidity balancing the moderate sweetness. A fantastic sipper, this wine will also delight with spiced pork tacos or sushi. Best served lightly chilled. (VINTAGES panel, March 2015)
