The nose is complex and interesting with nicely interwoven berry, cassis, pepper spice and toast notes. Ripe, rich, savoury and round in the mouth with good freshness and vibrancy, this will be best when paired with something equally rich and savoury, so consider something like oxtail ragù or beef stew.
