The 2007 Not Yet Named Merlot, etc. is a blend of 80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, and the rest Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Made from tiny yields, it exhibits plenty of mocha, coffee bean, black cherry, and chocolaty characteristics, full-bodied richness, intense flavors, good acidity, and substantial, but ripe tannins.
