Momokawa G Joy Junmai Ginjo Genshu

Genshu is one of the driest styles of sake. This one has a very pale straw colour. The aromas suggest pea pods, mango, seashore, pear and lychee. Dry, with an intriguing mix of earthy tones and fruit. Quite full-flavoured and complex, with crisp acidity keeping things refreshing to the finish. The alcohol level (18% by vol.) is wonderfully integrated and barely detectable on the palate. (VINTAGES panel, June 2012)
