The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Mario's Vineyard is quite a bit richer and darker than the Central Park West. Pencil shavings, melted road tar, super-ripe plums, black currants and spices come to life in this dramatic, large-scaled Cabernet Sauvignon. I can't imagine the 2010 will be ready to deliver pleasure before its tenth birthday, as today the tannins are quite imposing and formidable. Anticipated maturity: 2020-2030. Score - 94.
