Tahbilk Cabernet Sauvignon 2010

Bright hue, starting to lighten off; a move to earlier picking (or is it the vintage?) is paying off, with more elegant, less overtly robust, wines, with more red fruit flavours in this cabernet than prior vintages, and 18 months in French oak (mainly used) another plus.
