Hazy deep copper colour with a foamy cream head; on the nose are notes of banana peel, caramel, clove, spice cake and grapefruit rind; on the palate it is medium-full bodied and moderately carbonated, with flavours of caramel, ripe banana, doughy bread, clove, pepper and light citrus.
