White Oak Chardonnay 2012

There are nicely placed tropical fruit notes on the nose here adding great interest to the vanilla, smoke and cream baseline. The palate is fresh, full and long, with good replays and a snappy acidity. White Oak is known for crafting Chardonnay of considerable elegance, and that certainly comes through in this poised and refined example. Enjoy with freshwater fish or grilled chicken.
