Dark and savoury with black fruit aromas on the nose, and a warm core of dark deliciousness on the palate. Some spices on the finish. Full-bodied and smooth. The 2007 vintage is drinking well now, but will also keep well in the cellar for a few more years. Pair with rack of lamb. Pair with: thick-cut pork chop. Drink: 2013-2018. Score - 90.
