Anselmann Edesheimer Rosengarten Siegerrebe Spätlese 2012

Siegerrebe is a variety noted for its intense, fruity aromatics. This really blasts off with intense tangerine, pineapple, spruce needle and persimmon - very exotic. It's light bodied, super fresh and almost tingling, with some CO2. Great flavour concentration. I thought of Argentine torrontés, but with a lighter profile. Excellent length; great focus. Wow!
