The Big Easy Syrah 2007

The 2007 Syrah The Big Easy is a richer, fuller-bodied, more powerful wine, but, in keeping with Fess Parker's stylistic orientation, it remains very approachable with silky tannins as well as more oak and flesh. It is a deep, chewy, rich effort displaying plenty of blackberry, incense, and toasty oak notes. Full-bodied and opulent, it is best consumed over the next 7-8 years. Score - 91.
