The 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon Oroppas brings together a gorgeous combination of silkiness and power. Mocha, espresso, plum and smoke inform a textured, expressive Cabernet long on personality. The 2011 emerges from a number of parcels, but most of the fruit is from Paras on Mt. Veeder. This is an especially luscious, inviting wine from St. Clement and former winemaker Danielle Cyrot.
