Bright pale yellow. Subtle, very pure nose offers scents of lime, orange zest and fresh herbs. Sexy sweetness perfectly cut by an impression of acidity. Concentrated, layered yet understated wine, still tightly coiled and all in finesse. Best today on the vibrant, slowly building finish, which dusts the palate with citrus peel and salty minerality.
