This is classic Niagara riesling icewine. It is delicate lemon colour with aromas of baked lemon, honey and peach with floral and beeswax notes. There is lots of flavour and it is very sweet, but it is light on the palate due to the superb acidity. Elegant and vibrant with outstanding length. Score - 91.
